I believe everyone is an expert of their own lives. By working collaboratively, my aim is to support clients in connecting with their needs, dreams, hopes, as well as the answers I believe each person has inside them.
My approach is trauma-informed, strength-based, culturally sensitive and client-centered. I use a variety of evidence-based practice (including EMDR), and work with clients holistically. With compassion, understanding and experience, I will support you in defining and achieving your goals.
With over 35 years as a Registered Social Worker and Occupational Therapist, I have worked in hospitals, community, and private practice. I understand that it takes courage to take this step. I am here to assist you as I believe in each person's strength and capacity to heal.

Session Format: Individual, couple, family.
Location : I provide Online Therapy through a secured video platform. In person sessions are limited in a Vaughan location.
I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my client’s needs to help attain the personal growth they’re striving for.
